Support is available for the spouses and families of those who are out of work. Indeed, programs are available for the person out of work, but as the experience of Christine Kennedy Cedergren shows, the spouses of the unemployed person have much to gain by coming together for support and direction. Christine and Cheryl Welch from Fox Valley Workforce Development encourage the spouse as well as the unemployed to take advantage of their well planned and very beneficial opportunities.
